NAPO’s Public Opinion Survey where, in response to the question what is a professional organizer, respondents replied, “A kind of superhero whose ability to improve lives cannot be overstated.”  I love that!  A superhero!!  And, the top three reasons someone hires a Professional Organizer are (1) recommendations and reputation, (2) personality compatibility, and (3) skills, knowledge, and expertise.
