Since 2004 the Institute for Professional Organizers™, formerly the Professional Organizer Training Institute™, has trained and educated participants the world over with our highly successful and proven Fast Track Method™ training and education program for Professional Organizer business owners.

Whether you are contemplating forming a business as a Professional Organizer, or are newly in business, our training and education programs have something for you!

Our Seminar Program is a layered training and education opportunity for you to (1) launch your business as Professional Organizer, (2) have focused and guided instructions on your business infrastructure and work with a real client, (3) a rewarding on-going mentor relationship with Anne Blumer, CPO® and (4) option to become a Master Professional Organizer™.

Anne Blumer Certified Professional OrganizerAnne Blumer, Certified Professional Organizer®, SolutionsForYou, Inc. became a Professional Organizer Trainer and Speaker because she believes in the immense value of this profession. She wants others who aspire to it to represent the industry as experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Anne formed the Institute for Professional Organizers™ to share her learning in the hopes that others will benefit greatly from her experiences. Anne has decades of training experience including teaching hundreds of participants to become professional organizer business owners and business professionals on merger and acquisition procedures in the high-tech industry. Her experience as a business owner and founder of SolutionsForYou, Inc. Organizing Services has given her skills, knowledge, and the ability to provide complete and comprehensive training for individuals that will enable them to successfully operate their professional organizer business. Anne is among the inaugural 200 Professional Organizers in the world to receive the Certified Professional Organizer CPO® Designation from the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO).  Additionally, Anne holds a certificate of training from the Coach Approach for Organizers™ and from the ICD a Level II ADD Specialist Certificate, Level II Chronic Disorganization Specialist Certificate, Certificate of Study in Learning Styles and Modalities, Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization, Certificate of Study in Basic ADD Issues With the CD Client, and Certificate of Study in CD Client Administration. Anne is a certified Freedom Filer™ consultant and certified GO System Trainer and Consultant.

Anne is a golden circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Oregon chapter of NAPO. As a leader in the professional organizing industry, Anne served on the NAPO Oregon Board from 2003 to 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Marylhurst University in Oregon. Anne enjoys speaking to a variety of audiences on the benefits of organizing. Anne is the author of Get Rich Organizing and co-author of Get Organized Today!.

Jan Saunders MareshJan Saunders Maresh is the Institute for Professional Organizers™ guest speaker. To market her company and expertise, Organize and Profit, she teaches several webinar classes for us and in the future will present to our Layer 2 participants.  She is the Author of 17 books. Her most recent titles are Home Staging for Dummies and Sewing for Dummies.  As an avid Writer, Speaker, Certified Trainer for the CSP International Business Training Academy, and Mompreneur, Jan has done it all. From mastering all aspects of sewing, writing and teaching others her favorite techniques and industry’s best practices to running a successful interior redesign and home staging business.

But she says her most impressive career achievement has been, mastering the challenge of creating and running a sustainable one-person service business.

When I figured out how to smooth out those financial ups and downs and then generated a sustainable income doing what I love, that’s when I knew I needed to share this system with other like-minded professionals. I’ve made all the mistakes…so they don’t have to.”
